Jilly is a highly experienced Registered Nurse (NMW0001284718) with more than 25 years of clinical and aesthetic experience, including over two decades running her own aesthetic clinic in Sydney.
With a background in surgical nursing and advanced cosmetic practice, Jilly is known for delivering safe, refined and results-driven treatments. She remains committed to ongoing education and evidence-based aesthetic treatments and technologies.
Alongside her clinical work, Jilly is also an experienced industry trainer, mentoring other practitioners and reinforcing her reputation as a trusted authority in aesthetics.
Jilly takes a personalised, consultation-led approach, understanding that every client’s ageing journey is unique and focusing on natural, balanced results while ensuring the highest standard of care throughout the treatment journey.
Allana Carson
Founder
Allana is the founder of Advanced Cosmetics At Salt, a registered nurse (NMW0001085389) and experienced aesthetic practitioner known for clinical excellence, natural results and personalised care.
With extensive experience in advanced aesthetic and skin treatments, she has built the clinic on medical integrity, precision and a strong understanding of facial anatomy, delivering refined, balanced outcomes that enhance natural beauty.
Allana takes a personalised, consultation-led approach, creating tailored treatment plans that support immediate results and long-term skin health.
Working within strict TGA regulations and in partnership with Fresh Clinics for medical governance and clinical education, Allana maintains the highest standards of safety, compliance and patient care.
Through experience, ongoing education and genuine care, she has established Advanced Cosmetics At Salt as a trusted destination for safe, natural and sophisticated aesthetic outcomes.
