General Promotion Terms

  1. Promotions are available for a limited time only and are subject to change or withdrawal without notice.

  2. Promotions are valid only at  Advanced Cosmetics At Salt unless otherwise stated.

  3. Offers are not transferable, refundable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable for other services or products.

  4. Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, package, membership benefit, promotional voucher, or discount unless otherwise specified.

  5. All treatments and services are subject to suitability and professional consultation.

  6. Results vary between individuals. A consultation is required to determine eligibility and suitability for treatment.

  7. Promotional pricing applies only to treatments purchased and/or booked within the advertised promotional period.

  8. Deposits may be required to secure appointments. Standard cancellation and rescheduling policies apply.

  9. Failure to attend an appointment or cancellations made outside the required notice period may result in forfeiture of deposits or promotional pricing.

  10. Any unused promotional treatments or packages expire within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase.

  11. Promotions are available to persons aged 18 years and over unless otherwise permitted by law and clinically appropriate.

  12. Advanced Cosmetics At Salt reserves the right to refuse treatment where clinically inappropriate or contraindicated.

  13. Pricing and treatment availability may vary and are subject to consultation.

  14. Images used in promotional material are for illustrative purposes only.

  15. Individual treatment outcomes, recovery times, and experiences may vary.

  16. By participating in any promotion, clients agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Gift Voucher Terms

  1. Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase in accordance with Australian Consumer Law unless otherwise stated.

  2. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

  3. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.

  4. Gift vouchers may be used toward eligible treatments, skincare, or services as determined by the clinic.

Membership / Prepayment Program Terms

  1. Client prepayments remain on the client account for future treatments or skincare purchases.

  2. No fees or interest apply to client prepayment balances.

  3. Prepayment balances are non-transferable.

  4. Promotional pricing may not apply to prepayment programs unless stated otherwise.

Device-Based Treatment Promotions

  1. Promotional packages must be completed within the advised treatment timeframe to achieve best outcomes.

  2. Treatment intervals and suitability will be determined during consultation.

  3. Some medical conditions, medications, skin types, or recent treatments may make clients unsuitable for certain procedures.

  4. Additional sessions may be recommended depending on individual goals and response to treatment.

Social Media Giveaway Terms

  1. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.

  2. Winners will be selected at random and contacted via the clinic’s official social media account.

  3. Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

  4. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, another winner may be selected.
